Christmas is coming…

tally xmasLooking for a venue for your Christmas party or get-together? You’ll find a very warm welcome at the Tally Ho, South Devon’s first community owned pub.

This historic Grade 2 listed building is full of character and aided by the wood burning fires and Christmas decorations, the Tally will be a place of traditional Christmas cheer.

This is the Tally Ho’s first Christmas as a community pub and our managers, Hollie and Chris, and their staff are looking forward to giving you a happy and festive occasion to remember.

Our Christmas menu is available for tables small or large up to a maximum of 40, where you will occupy the whole pub. To help us make your party as enjoyable as possible, we do request a pre-order for you and your guests.

If you or your party have any special dietary requirements, please contact us and we will discuss possible alternatives for you.

You can find out about a range of Christmas events on our What’s on page and download your own copy of our Christmas leaflet.

Littlehempston Angels

English Heritage Angel AwardThe “time, effort and determination” put in to secure the future of Littlehempston’s church and village pub by setting up the Community Space and organising the community purchase of the Tally Ho, has been recognised by English Heritage through their Angel Awards Scheme. You’ll be able to see the framed award, signed by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Simon Thurley, either in the church or pub. The award states “Heroic rescue projects like this make an important contribution to local and national history, to the life of the local community and to the vital task of securing England’s rich and varied heritage for present and future generations”. Says it all really, doesn’t it?
